Strictness Score Methodology

Check_Rate_Percent = (reports where bag was checked / total approved reports) x 100 for a given airline and airport combination. Confidence levels: Low = fewer than 10 reports, Medium = 10-29 reports, High = 30+ reports. Data is sourced from traveller-submitted User Reports. Seeded records are marked "Initial dataset - manually researched". Scores are recomputed weekly. Strictness_Rating (1-10) is airline-level and computed separately from airport heatmap data.
